Creating PLSS Campaigns

This overview will explain how to create Campaigns in IMS-PLSS.

Types of Campaigns in PLSS:

Adding Campaigns

To add a campaign:

On the Main Menu of the Campaign Main Screen (Grid View) click the Plus button.

Click on the Plus button to add a Campaign.

Fill in the data in the pop-up window.
Click Save.

The pop-up window contains the following parameters:

Parameter	Description
Description	The description of the Campaign,
Active	Yes / No, will be set to inactive when the campaign is closed.
Campaign type	The options are: CP Testpost Survey Corrosion Assessment Pipelines Underwater eq. Activities
Campaign date	The Campaign should be completed before this date.
Recurring	If the Campaign is Recurring then a new Campaign will be created after closing the current Campaign. The current Campaign will be closed if all the selected Schedules have been credited in an ECH.
User Interval	For a Recurring Campaign the User Interval in months has to be specified. The new Campaign date will be the current Campaign Date + User Interval.
Responsible Person	This person’s name will be shown on the ECH when the data from the Workpack have been imported.
