Detailing PLSS ECHs

This overview explains how to use and interpret PLSS ECH Details Page in IMS.

To open an ECH Details Page, click on the ECH Condition Date hyperlink. You can find this on the Equipment Details Page in the Condition History section.

Click on the ECH Condition Date to open the ECH Details Page.

The PLSS ECH Details Page Main View has the following eight sections:

Header
Details
Schedules Credited
Inspection data and codes
Drawings and Documents
Created Schedules
Comment
Attachments

Details Page Header

The header of the Condition History shows the date of the ECH and several navigation options.

For more information on the icons see IMS Details Page. In two ways it differs from other details pages:

	ECH Condition Date	This is the Condition Date of the ECH. You can use the arrow to open a drop-down and select an ECH from another date. The ECH ID is not shown.
	Equipment ID	The Equipment ID for which the ECH was created is shown here. You can click on this to navigate back to the Equipment.

Details

The Details section shows who performed the inspection and when it was performed. Make sure the details are filled in correctly. The editable fields are described in Creating PLSS ECHs (see table). In addition, the ECH Name, Equipment Description, Location ID, and Location Name are also displayed here. The right side shows the Status of the ECH and Approve button.

The ECH Details section shows ECH details and the Approval window.

At the top of the screen, the ECH can be Edited or Deleted. Note that only ECHs in Draft mode can be deleted.
