Exporting Grid Information

Grids / lists / overviews can all be exported to Microsoft Excel.

Exporting Main Grid Information

Either selected items, or all items, can be exported from the Main Screen grid. The steps are similar to generating a report.

To export items in a Main Screen grid:

  • Go to the Main Screen.
  • Select the Units that the report must show, with the scoping bar (see Generating Reports);
  • Select other key parameters, with the filter (see Generating Reports). Note: Each Main Screen, has different key parameters that can be filtered for the export.
  • Select one or more rows in the grid.
  • Click on the Export button, in the toolbar, to open the Export window.
Click the Export button in the Main Menu Toolbar. 
  • Select the content of the Export file.

  • Click Export.
Take Note
The exported and populated Excel columns, depend on the columns shown in the Main Grid. If desired, the Main Grid columns can be customized. Use the settings button in the Toolbar to do so.

Exporting Grid Information from Details Pages

Information from the individual grids, included in the Details Pages, can also be exported to Microsoft Excel. The export button is available in the individual grid’s toolbar.

Click the Export button to export the individual grid’s information to Excel.

Export for Import

Some data can also be exported in an export template and imported back by using the "export for import" functionality, e.g., RBI, CCAM etc. For example, for RBI the "export for import" functionality is available on the RBI grid:

  • Click the Export button.
  • Click here to export for import.
