Step 15 Review the S-RBI Analysis and IOW:

Below is explained how to implement Step 15 in the Software. See also Methodology Step 15.

To update the IOW and review the S-RBI Analysis:

To create S-RBI re-assessment Schedules:

  • At the Equipment level:
    • Go to the Equipment Details page (see IMS Details Page). 
    • Scroll to the Schedule Section.
    • Click +.
    • For Schedule Type, select “RBI RE-ASSESSMENT”, specify the other information; and click Save.
    • Approve the RBI re-assessment Schedule.
  • OR at the unit level:
An RBI re-assessment Schedule can also be created at Unit level.

 

  • For the Planned Event, select “RBI RE-ASSESSMENT”, select an Event Date, add a Description, and click Save.
  • Approve the RBI re-assessment Schedule.
  • When the RBI re-assessment has taken place, remember to Credit the RBI re-assessment Schedule in an ECH.

Note: Non-Corrosive service S-RBI re-assessment Schedules are equivalent to verification of the Barrier “resistant material”. Non-Corrosive service only requires review and confirmation of non-corrosive conditions as part of a S-RBI review.
