How to View registered Task Templates.
How to create new Task Templates and Define the conditions under which they are applicable.
In IMS, Task Templates are sets of Activities applicable in specific cases, based on their respective Strategy Types and Methodologies. These templates facilitate the creation of structured Activity lists by grouping relevant Tasks and Subtasks that can be added to Schedules and ECHs.
IMS supports three types of Task Templates:
Schedule Task Recommendations - shortlist usual Activities and recommend them.
Schedule Task Templates - group Activities to maintain a cohesive set of Activities within Schedules.
RBI - applicable only to API RBI 581 (not available in Schedules).
Task Templates are created in the Task Template Editor, accessible from the Custom reports Main Menu.
Available sections in Task Template Editor:
Name | Description |

Details | In this section, you will find the following information: Template Name, Strategy Type, and Methodology of the Template. |
Applicable When | Here the Condition group and Description of the Task Template are shown. The Task Template is applicable when all the specified conditions are met. |
Tasks / Subtasks | This section displays the list of Tasks and Subtasks associated with the Task Template. |
