Witnessing information is shown on the Schedules, ECH and Equipment Main Screens.
Schedules and ECH Main Screens
Both the Schedule Main Screen and Condition History Main Screen can show if the Schedules / ECHs are Supervised and Authorized. 
Additionally, both Main Screens include columns related to Authority Witnessing called AW Authority Approval and AW Supervision Approval providing a clear indication of the Authority's Approval and Supervisor's Approval respectively for both Schedule and ECH.
On the Schedule Main screen, there is a column called AW Authority Approval Full. The data shown here comes from the AUTHORITY APPROVAL STATUS shown in the Witnessing Tab of the Approval Sidebar.
Witnessing Columns in Schedules Mains Screens. The Schedule list can also be filtered 
according to Aw Authority Approval, Aw Authority Approval Full and/or AW Supervision Approval Status of the Schedules.

Equipment Main Screen
The Equipment Main Screen displays the data on the last ECH Witnessing in the following columns:
- AW Approval For.
- Aw Supervision Approval.
- Aw Authority Approval.
Showing Columns in the Grid
To show any of the above-mentioned AW columns in the Main Grid:
- Click the Settings button
in the Toolbar. - Check the attributes (e.g., Supervision and Authority) that you want to show in the Grid columns.
- Arrange the attribute columns in a preferred order.
- Click Save as default.
Click the Grid Settings button and check the attributes that you want to show in the grid columns.
