Approving Planned Events

Planned Events (e.g. Next Opportunity, Pit Stop, Turnaround, Statutory Inspection, RBI Re-assessment) are registered on each processing Plant or Unit. The Planned Events can be found in Planned Events Main Menu, as well as on Plant and Unit Level in Settings\Company\Toplevel. Planned Events have an Event Date and can be assigned to Schedules. Once assigned, a Planned Event can impact the Next Inspection Date of a Schedule and therefor have to be final Approved.

In the Planned Event Main Menu: Look for the Approval Status column.The Planned Event Approval Status shown in the Main Menu. You can also see the Approval Status on the Planned Events Details Page. 

In Settings: Click on the Edit button of the Planned Event, to show the actual status and applicable data of the Event.

Planned Events are registered per Unit and can be found in Settings.

Click on the Approval button to show the approval data for this specific event.

Click on the Approval button to show the approval data for the specific event.When a Planned Event is created, the Status will by default be "Draft".

Once a new Planned Event or an existing Planned Event is modified and Final Approved:

• The Status will change to "Final Approved".
• If an existing Planned Event was edited and when this is linked to Schedules, the Event date for these Schedules will also be updated and "Admin Final Approved".
