This overview will explain how to Approve Campaigns in IMS-PLSS.
To approve a Campaign:
- Click Approve.
The Status of the Campaign will change from "DRAFT" to "FINAL APPROVAL".
Note: After the Approval, Equipment and Schedules cannot be added to the Campaign.
On the Schedule, the Coming Event Type is set to "CAMPAIGN" and the Next Inspection Date is updated.
In the example below, the Campaign date is 08/Dec/2021 and the User Date on the Schedule is 24/Dec/2021, then the Next inspection date is 8/Dec/2021.
