The specific business processes for disciplines such as Pressure Equipment Integrity (PEI), Pipelines & Subsea Systems (PLSS), Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) form key elements of the overarching Asset Management System / Framework that places emphasis on execution processes (primarily operational execution & managerial execution) along with evaluation & analysis processes. The business processes that Cenosco recommends companies use are processes designed to make the best use of IMS as a supporting tool and to help organizations implement their workflows effectively. Naturally, each company may have its own variations. In such cases, we recommend identifying the gaps and aligning where possible - either through configuration options within IMS or adjustments on the company side.
