Changing NIDs of PLSS Schedules

This overview will explain how to change the Next Inspection Date of PLSS Schedules in bulk.

It is possible to change the NID (Next Inspection Date) of the PLSS Schedules in Bulk. 

In the example below, the assumption is that the Schedule is Final Approved

To change the NIDs of the Schedules in bulk:

  • Click on the Export button.

  • Click on the word here.

    Important!
    Do not click on the Export button!
  • Open the Excel file and only change the column User Date.

  • Save the file.
  • Click the Import button.

  • Click Browse and select the file. Select the option Schedule, if needed.

  • Click the button Next a few times.
  • A Warning message will appear.

     This means that the Schedule Approval Status is set back to Draft (it was Final approved before).

  Note that the Next Insp Date is not updated yet.

  • To update it, select the Schedules and click the Approve button:

The following dialog will appear:

  • By clicking Approve the Next Insp. Date will be updated and the Schedule Approval status set to FINAL APPROVED.
