Application settings

Below are listed changes introduced to functionality by applying various application settings. There may be more exceptions in effect than detailed below.

SAP Interface Active

B value 1 disables editing of SAPNotificationNumber & WorkOrderNumber on Schedule details.

B value 0 enables editing of SAPNotificationNumber & WorkOrderNumber, regardless of Schedule type or approval status.

Post 2024.3: B value 1 hides SAPTrackingNr, SAPStatusId and SAPReleaseDate which are then not shown on Schedule details.

Example for 2024.2. B value 1:

B value 0:

Example for post 2024.3. B value 1:

B value 0:

Allow Schedule SAP Work Order Number update

Overrides SAP Interface Active = 1 and allows updating of WorkOrderNumber on newly created CAIRs only. Will not allow editing on already approved CAIRs.

Example for 2024.2. B value 1 and SAP Interface Active B value 1:

The main difference here is that WorkOrderNumber is not free text input, the number can only be searched for (from what is coming from CMMS).

Not available on Inspection schedules:

Post 2024.3 it seems there are some issues with WorkOrderNumber where editing of this column is allowed when it should not be.

Allow adding the SAP tracking ID when creating a schedule

Allows SAPTrackingNr to be entered during Schedule creation. It also allows editing of SAPTrackingNr.

Post 2024.3 this setting is ignored if SAP Interface Active = 0 as it will hide SAPTrackingNr and it won’t be shown on Schedule details.
