Post **2024.3** it is labeled *Notification*. - *WorkOrderNumber* column is labeled *CMMS Work Order Number*. Post **2024.3** it is labeled *Work Order*. - *SAPTrackingNr* column is labeled *CMMS Tracking ID*. Post **2024.3** it is labeled *Tracking ID*. - *SAPStatusId* column is labeled *CMMS Status*. - *SAPReleaseDate* column is labeled *Release Date*. ## Application settings Below are listed changes introduced to functionality by applying various application settings. There may be more exceptions in effect than detailed below. ### SAP Interface Active B value 1 disables editing of *SAPNotificationNumber* & *WorkOrderNumber* on Schedule details. B value 0 enables editing of *SAPNotificationNumber* & *WorkOrderNumber*, regardless of Schedule type or approval status. Post **2024.3**: B value 1 hides *SAPTrackingNr*, *SAPStatusId* and *SAPReleaseDate* which are then not shown on Schedule details. Example for **2024.2**. B value 1: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-ZFMPGQ9I.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) B value 0: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-5E10KV7E.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) Example for post **2024.3**. B value 1: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-WD07JAWL.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) B value 0: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-MV28WFNK.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) ### Allow Schedule SAP Work Order Number update Overrides SAP Interface Active = 1 and allows updating of *WorkOrderNumber* on **newly created CAIRs only**. Will not allow editing on already approved CAIRs. Example for **2024.2**. B value 1 and *SAP Interface Active* B value 1: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-YL83GW9M.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) The main difference here is that *WorkOrderNumber* is not free text input, the number can only be searched for (from what is coming from CMMS). Not available on Inspection schedules: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-6CIRZYV1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) Post **2024.3** it seems there are some issues with *WorkOrderNumber* where editing of this column is allowed when it should not be. ### Allow adding the SAP tracking ID when creating a schedule Allows *SAPTrackingNr* to be entered during Schedule creation. It also allows editing of *SAPTrackingNr*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-HJF4WNHM.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A53%3A54Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A53%3A54Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Qr2j1lgETR1bR8UTiCQWZ9VWL3qKILnUyxllVd7HlI%3D) Post **2024.3** this setting is ignored if *SAP Interface Active* = 0 as it will hide *SAPTrackingNr* and it won’t be shown on Schedule details.
