Normally a Plant or Unit should only have one HAZOP. Thus, when you try to create a new HAZOP on a Plant or Unit where a HAZOP already exists, IMS will warn you of this.
To create a HAZOP:
- Go to the IMS SIS Main Menu.
- Click HAZOP to go to the HAZOP list (main screen).
- Click + to create a new HAZOP.
Go to the HAZOP Main Menu and click +.- Enter the required data in the pop-up window. See the table below.
- Click Save when done.
The new HAZOP will be created, and you will be redirected to the detail page of the HAZOP that was just created.
