When creating a new user account we need to take in consideration that, especially for the Accounts with stronger roles, the site and module Focal Point has to be involved. Focal Point should authorize all roles above "Viewer".
Finding the Focal Point
To find the Focal Point in the portal:
Hover over the module icon of the applicable site.
The name of the Focal Point should appear.

Removing the assigned Password
There will be cases in which a Password will be assigned but it will need to be revoked - as it is no longer needed, or it was added by mistake.
To annulate the password you will have to change the password of the user back to authentication code on the user settings page.
On the My Account page under Old password enter the new activation code you have generated. As a Password enter Welcome01! and retype it. This will reset and remove the Customers password.
