# Creating CAIRs with OB-Items

To add a CAIR to an existing ECH with OB-Items included:

- Open the ECH in the ECH Module.
- Click **ADD CAIR**.
- Select desired OB-Items to be included in the Observations section.

Adding a CAIR to an existing ECH with OB-Items

- Click **Save.**
