Designing SIF Subsystems (Building the Hardware Configuration)

The Subsystems that were added on the General tab can be further defined/designed on the Design Tab in terms of the Equipment Actors.

To add or remove Equipment Actors, just click + or -.Click + or - to add or remove Equipment Actors.

You can use the Equipment hyperlink to navigate to the specific Equipment to confirm the details. The applicable proof Tests, many of the Fault tolerance checks, and FMEA are all defined on the Equipment level. It is important to set the Test Coverage Factors for the Tests in the FMEA table on the Equipment Details Page.
