How to delete Schedules

To delete a Schedule:

  • Click x Delete.

To delete a Schedule the following requirements must be fulfilled:

  • It cannot be linked to a Planned Event;

  • It cannot be linked to an RBI Analysis;

  • It cannot be credited in an ECH; and

  • The Schedule must be INACTIVE.

Note: Not all Roles will allow you to delete a Schedule. However both the INSP GENERAL and INSP ADMIN roles provide the permissions required to delete ECHs and Schedules.

How to make a Schedule INACTIVE

A Schedule is inactive when first created. After the Schedule is Final Approved, it becomes active. If you click Set back to Draft to return it to edit mode, it remains active.

Therefore, to delete it, you will need to:

  • Click Set back to Draft in the Approval section.

  • Click Edit.

  • Uncheck the Active box to set the state to Inactive.

  • Click Save.

  • Final Approve the Schedule.

Only now will the Schedule become Inactive.

Now the Delete button will appear and you can delete the Schedule.
