The ECH Main screen shows an overview grid, with a list of ECHs.
Listing ECHs (the Overview Grid)
To see the list of registered ECHs:
- Go to the IMS Main Menu.
- Click Condition History to go to the ECH main screen.

Click on the Condition History Main menu, to list all ECHs. - Use the scoping bar, the filter, or the search functionality to list the desired ECHs.

Find ECHs using the scoping bar / filter / search functionality. - Each record shows several fields, summarizing the ECHs (see the table below). To see more, click on the Settings icon in the toolbar and add additional fields.

Click on the settings icon to modify the grid.Default ECH data in the ECH record:

Condition History ID | The ECH ID. | |
| Discipline | The relevant Discipline to which the ECH belongs. See Schedules and ECHs across Discipline. | |
Condition History Event | Condition Date | The date of the Event. (This become the Last Inspection Date (LID) for the Schedule / in RBI.) |
Description | A description specified by the user | |
Hierarchy | Equipment | The Equipment ID |
Equipment Description | The Equipment description | |
FLOC | The FLOC name | |
Unit | The Unit name | |
Schedules | Schedules Credited | The number of Schedules credited |
Current Event | This is a quarriable field that indicates when the event took place. It is fine to leave this blank if not applicable. | |
Created Schedule | The number of Schedules created under the ECH. | |
Approval | Approval Status | The Approval Status. See Step H: Approving ECHs. |
Nr Of Attachments | The number of attachments. | |
Labels | Custom labels which can be assigned to each record. | |
Supervision | Applicable when Witnessing is enabled. | |
Authority | Applicable when Witnessing is enabled. | |
Credited Schedules | The Credited Schedule IDs. | |
Checklist | The selected Checklists (used in the Inspection Plan Codes section). |
ECH Menu Toolbar
There are several shortcuts or available features that the ECH toolbar can be used for. For more information on the toolbar see IMS Main Screen (Grid List).
Filtering ECHs
From the ECH overview page, several filters can be used to drill down the search results for the shown list of ECHs.
To filter a list:
- Click on the filter button,
- Check the filters that you want to use and click Show ….; or
- Select a range and click the green arrow.
