The Main Menus and other items serve as the primary navigation through IMS.
Main Menus
The Main Menus, which will differ depending on the module you are using, serves as primary navigation through IMS. You can click on any of the Main Menus to navigate to the desired Main Screen (Grid List). From the Main Screens you can again navigate to the desired Details Pages by selecting items in the Grid List.

The IMS PEI Menu.The following menus are available in IMS PEI:
Menu Item | Description |

Dashboard | Access shortcuts, system queries, KPI data, statistics, etc. |
FLOC | Functions about FLOCs; displays FLOC list for specified criteria. |
CMF | Functions about Corrosion Management Framework; displays list of Corrosion Loops and its threats and barriers. |
Corrosion Loops | Functions about Corrosion Loops; displays list of Corrosion Loops for specified criteria. |
Equipment | Functions about Equipment; displays list of Equipment for specified criteria. |
Circuits | Functions about Circuits; displays list of Circuits for specified criteria. |
CML | Functions about CMLs; displays list of CMLs. |
Components | Functions about Components; displays list of Components for specified criteria. |
Schedules | Functions about Schedules; displays list of Schedules for specified criteria. |
Condition History | Functions about ECH's; displays list of ECH's for specified criteria. |
RBI | Functions about RBI analyses; displays list of Corrosion Loops and Component-Failure Modes with RBI data. |
Drawings | Functions about Drawings; displays list of Drawings from CML details. |
Custom Reports | To create and view custom queries, filters, and reports. |

To access the IMS Handbook, click on the icon. My Account
The main menu items are configured per user. The default configuration is based on the user’s role. However, a user can modify the main menu configuration by clicking on My Account:

Click My Account to configure the main menu.Here you can also update some other settings, e.g., Language preference, Units Of Measure, Default module, Default main screen, etc.
If not using "Single Sing On" you can also change your Password here: Click Edit, then go to Other settings.
Showing and Hiding Main Menus
From here you can also show (activate) or hide (in activate) Main menus.
- Click My Account.
- Click Edit.
- Check / uncheck the desired menus in the Main Grid Settings.
- Click Save.
Settings
From here you can access the IMS Settings.
Unit system: Metrics / Imperial
Here you can choose Metrics or Imperial and choose to show or hide units in the column headers.
Module
The IMS module is selected here.
