Creating Workpacks in PLSS Campaigns
Take note
A Workpack is an Excel file that should be filled in during the execution of work. This overview will explain how to create a Workpack in the IMS-PLSS Campaign.
To create a Workpack:
Click the Export button in the Workpack Scope section.
Important
If you change any of the column titles in the Excel file, the import will not work.
The worksheets of the created Excel file will depend on the Campaign type:

This Excel file is used for the screenshots below. The Excel file can be imported as an example after the Schedule numbers in column "Schedule" have been updated. The Workpack excel file contains the following columns:
Most of the column titles are self-explanatory.
In this worksheet the inspector should fill in the following columns:
Column name | Description |

Potential OFF [mV] / Potential ON [mV] | The Potential off and Potential on reading if present.

The pipeline engineer who will import the data should
Fill in the column "Condition date" which is the ECH inspection date. This should be one and the same date for a pipeline.
Review comments in the columns "CP testposting missing / damaged", "Other issues found in CP test post survey" and "ECH Narrative". Results from columns "CP testposting missing / damaged" and "ECH Narrative" will be stored in the Conditions found code in the ECH for the corresponding schedule.
Review the columns "Availability", and "(An)Aerobic".
