Enabling the “Take Offline” Feature

In order to select Offline scope in IMS, the “Take Offline” feature must be enabled for your site’s IMS. This can be done by the Super User (INSP ADM). If the “Take Offline” feature is enabled, you will see the Take Offline button in the IMS toolbars. It will be available on the Main Screen and Details Page for Equipment, Condition History, and Schedules.

If the “Take Offline” feature is enabled, you should see the “Take Offline” icon in the toolbar.

Note: The following can only be done by a  Super User:

To enable the “Take Offline” feature:

• Go to Settings/Maintenance/Configuration/Application Settings.
• Search for: “EnableTakeOffline”.
• Set B VALUE = 1 and Code = 1 (for automatic sync).
• Click Save.

The Super User can enable the “Take Offline” feature for your site’s IMS in Settings.
