FCM Equipment Main Screen (Grid List)

To see the list of registered Equipment, including the Flange and Grayloc Equipment:
Go to the IMS Main Menu.
Click Equipment to go to the Equipment Main Screen.

Use the scoping bar, the filter, or the search functionality to list the desired Equipment.
Each record shows several fields, summarizing the Equipment (see the table below). To see more, click on the Settings icon in the toolbar and add additional fields.
Default Equipment data in the Equipment record:
Section | Field / Column | Description |

HIERARCHY | Active | The Active flag shows for each Equipment whether it is active or inactive:

Equipment ID | Name of the Equipment, click on the Equipment ID to open the Equipment details. | |
Description | Short Description for the selected Equipment. | |
Unit | Unit to which the Equipment is assigned to. | |
Equipment Group | This can be FLANGE, GRAYLOC, TANK, VESSEL, etc. However, IMS will automatically filter the Grid List to only show Flange and Grayloc Equipment. | |
SAP Type | ||
Job Due Date | The Job Due date. If long overdue, it will be red. | |
Job | Name of the Job, click on the Job ID to open the Job details. | |
Heat Trace LOTO | The name of the Heat Trace LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out). | |
Critical Joint | Checked is yes. Note: Critical Joints require hydraulic tensioning or controlled bolt torquing with new studs and nuts. | |
Unique Design | Checked is yes. | |
Bad Actor | Checked is yes. | |
Job Status | E.g., Draft, Protocol opened, etc. See Job Statuses and Approval. | |

Inactive Equipment Menu Toolbar
There are several shortcuts or available features that the Equipment toolbar can be used for. The available actions are similar to those on the FLOC Main screen (see FCM FLOC Main Screen (Gird List)).
Two additional actions are available here:
Assign Equipment to a Job.
Export Specs.
Note: From here, Equipment reports can also be generated. Each report summarizes an Equipment’s detail information, specs, and attachments. The report can also be generated from the Equipment Details Page.
Filtering Equipment
From the Equipment overview page, several filters can be used to drill down the search results for the shown list of Equipment. Filters include items such as:
Heat Traced LOTO.
Tightening Value Lower Than Calculated.
Etc.
