    Installing IMS Offline on a Mobile Device

    To install the IMS Offline iOS App on your mobile device:

    • Connect your mobile device to the Shell VPN.

    • Click on the Shell App store icon to open the App Store.

    • Search for “IMS offline mode”.
    • Click Install, and again click Install to Confirm.

    • Click Manage, if asked.
    • Wait until the App is approved and installed. This may take a while.
