LOPA Tab - Keyboard Shortcuts
The Initiating Events and Barriers grid is organized as cards (cells). Several keyboard shortcuts have been enabled to accelerate the navigation and the editing of the cells, like in an Excel worksheet. These are summarized in the table below.
The actions depend on the mode that you are in. You can either be in Cell mode or Edit mode. When in Cell mode, you can navigate between cells and add or deleted them as desired. When in Edit mode, you can enter text in the description field of the selected cell.
- Edit mode: Double click on cell or press <F2>. You will see a blinking cursor in cell (card).
- Cell mode: To go back to Cell mode press <Esc>. No blinking cursor will show in cell (card) and the Initiating Event’s cards or Barrie’s cards show a border focus (i.e., cell(s) are selected).
