E03: RCM Analyses Overview Cr-RR-Appr
For RCM quality checks, it can be valuable to have an overview of all the Approved Analyses, with Criticalities and Residual Risk.
This "Analyses Overview (changes)" Query provides this data, and uses the Base view: "vwRCMData": This Query provides this output:
Note that using Floc and Tag helps to get insight if analyses are done on Floc level or on Equipment level.
After Export to Excel a pivot table can be created to give insight in the Criticality versus Residual Risk, split up in Approval status:
From a table like this, one could observe:
- 7% of the Analyses are in the higher criticalities (E-H-MH-M) - which is quite low
- 45% of all analyses are Automatically Approved - which seems high considering so many low criticalities
- There are 9 H residual risk analyses - which is too high
- There are 70 MH residual risk analyses - which is also too high
- Thee are 2 M criticality analyses with a residual risk of H - which is incorrect as risk should be reduced, not increased
Note: There are quite some analyses where the residual risk level transcends the criticality level.
