RCM Systems - Study

The RCM Systems Details Page enables you to register the RCM study workshop information. As the value of the RCM Analysis comes forward from the input of the participants, where both the participants, the facilitator and the timing of the study are of value to register. Although the study can cover multiple days with varying team composition, it is recommended to register – at least – the main Participants, Facilitator and timing.
Note that the information is stored per System while the Study can be organized per unit or plant, so multiple entries over various Systems might be needed.

To register a new Study:

• On the Systems Details Page, go to the Study section.

• Click the Plus button.

A Start Date and a End Date can be entered, to specify the period that RCM work will be done.

Different Study Statuses are available in case there is desire to track progress or get insight where studies ‘are active’. The following Stages are available:

• None = No action in this system.

• Open = RCM workshop in preparation.

• Running = RCM workshops active.

• Stopped = RCM work ready, tasks are updated.

The Facilitator and Team can also be added by clicking the Plus buttons. When the RCM Study is ready, the updates on this System are registered.
