Reviewing Offline Scopes in Settings

In the Offline Scope section of the Settings Menu offline scopes can be viewed. Offline scopes are lists of Equipment that were taken offline by a specific user. Every user can have only one active offline scope. 

Active scopes

Active scopes are scopes with the following statuses:

  • Ready to download - List of equipment is created and ready to download for offline use.
  • Downloading - Data about offline scope is being downloaded.
  • Ready to download on user's device.
  • Downloaded - Scope is downloaded and it is currently in use by the user.
  • Pending offline data - IMS has received data which were generated offline.
  • Work done - Offline usage is over and all data, generated while in offline environment, has been transferred to IMS.
  • Merging - Gathered data is being imported into IMS.

Inactive, resolved, offline scopes

Inactive, resolved, offline scopes are:

  • Scope closed and data merged - Offline usage is over and changes have been imported into IMS.
  • Scope closed with no data - Offline usage is over with no data generated.
  • Admin unlocked - Administrator resolved the scope and unlocked offline equipment. Data can be received by IMS but not imported.
  • IMS expired - Scope has been active too long and expired by IMS. Data can be received by IMS but not imported.
