Reviewing TA Progress in the Dashboard

You can review the progress of the ECHs in the Dashboard.

Review progress in the Dashboard

To review the progress in the Dashboard:

• Click on the Dashboard main menu.
• If not open, in the upper left corner, click the dropdown and select the “Turnaround Overview” from the Dashboard list.
• Click the reload button in the upper right corner.
• Click the filter button.
• Select the desired Turnaround (Planned Event), e.g., “Training Turnaround 2020”.
• Click Show … matching.

The Turnaround Overview Dashboard is updated with the most recent data.

Click the reload button, and then use the filter to show the relevant Turnaround’s data.

 

Listing applicable ECHs per state

To see the list of applicable ECHs per state:

• Go to the ECH State section in the Dashboard.
• Find the desired ECH state, e.g., First Inspection.
• Click on the associated count hyperlink.

You will be directed to the ECH main screen, filtered for the specific ECHs. The list of Condition histories for the selected state will show.

Click on the count hyperlink to open the filtered list in the ECH main screen.

 

Visualizing data in Board View

To visualize the data in a board view:

• In the upper left corner, click the dropdown.
• Select the “Turnaround board” from the Dashboard list.

Your progress is then visualized in a board view. The ECHs are shown per state and grouped by Equipment group or responsible inspector.

When you select the “Turnaround board” Dashboard, ECH’s are shown in a board view.
