The 3D Observation and Observation Scan menus may not visible by default. You can enable the menus by following these steps:
Click My Account in the top of your screen.
Click Edit.
Check Show the 3D Observations (shown on the bottom left). This enables the Observations on the ECHs.
Click Save. (The 3D Observation and Observation Scan items should now be visible in the Main Grid Settings.)
Click Edit once again and then check 3D Observation and Observation Scan in the Main Grid Settings.
Click Save.
The OB-Items (Observation Items) will now be visible in the ECHs and the 3D Observation and Observation Scan Main Screen menus will now be visible in the main menu.
