When FABRIC MAINTENANCE role is assisgned to the User
it will automatically disable the Civil picker by design and all items connected to Civil will be visible automatically.
Meaning that Civil will no longer be present in the methodology picker, and all Civil Equipement will be visible by default.
However there was quite a few questions about filtering the Equipement under Civil, once the Civil is no longer preset in the methodology picker,
As a workoraund Equipment grid has the Owner filter that provides the possibility of filtering the Civil owned Equipment if there is a necessitiy for that.
