Why can’t I find the Sign-off feature for overriding the Integrity Traffic Light color in IMS PLSS?
The Sign-off functionality has been depricated. Now the Equipment Integrity Status sets the color of the traffic light for the Equipment. This status is set while creating an ECH. For more information see Selecting PLSS ECH Integrity Status.
Why are some of the icons in my Equipment Details page header greyed out?
This is usually caused by a mismatch between the In-service/Installation date and the date in the MAOP history grid. To fix this issue, delete the entry from the MAOP history grid, and re-add it. The icons in the header (FFS, ILI, Internal Corrosion, etc.) should be enabled.
