Users can set Dashboards as favorites (for themselves). A User’s favorite Dashboard will show at the top of their Dashboard list.
Take note
More than one Dashboard can be set as a favorite. The last favorited Dashboard will be shown first in the Dashboard drop-down menu and will open every time you sign in to IMS or click on Dashboard in the Main Menu.
Favoriting Dashboards
To set a Dashboard as a favorite:
- Click on Dashboard in the Main Menu.
- Click on the Dashboard Drop-down icon.
Click on Dashboard and then the drop-down icon to see available Dashboards. - Use the scroll bar or the Search function to find your desired Dashboard.
- Click the Star icon.
