FCM FLOC Details Page

The FLOC details page contains 6 sections (see figure below):

  1. Details – general information about the FLOC.

  2. Hierarchy – Flanges connected to the FLOC and its Equipment. From here you can create new Flange-FLOCs (click on the Flange tab).

  3. Jobs – list of Jobs (to be) performed on Flanges connected to this FLOC.

  4. Condition History - list of ECHs as a result of past Jobs.

  5. Narrative – description of the FLOC or relevant info for that Functional Location.

  6. Specs – specification data about FLOC.

Header

The header of the detail page shows the name of the FLOC / FLOC ID and several navigation options.

FLOC Name

The unique name of the FLOC.

Active

If there is a green underline for the FLOC name, it means the FLOC is active. Inactive will show as “grey”.

Event History

The Event History shows the list of events that has been performed for this FLOC.

Actions

QR Code

Create a QR Code. Use this button to generate QR codes for multiple Equipment. When the code is scanned with a QR code scanner, or regular camera apps, with QR code recognition, it will lead the user to the Equipment

Pin

The PIN feature allows the user to pin down all related objects (e.g. Equipment, Circuits, Schedules) based on this FLOC.

Action items

Add view and manage action items. If now Actions have been created, the button will say “Add”.

Dock

Freeze the details section to the top when scrolling down.

Print

Print specific sections of the page, click on the button to select sections you wish to add to the print.

Previous and Next

Navigation feature for moving to a previous and next FLOC from the overview.
