Version 3.13 brings new flange calculations, supporting grayloc equipment and mobile layout. ## New flange calculations: ASME Section VIII, WRC538 and PCC-1 IMSFB-13941 IMS FCM now supports the following new flange calculations: - ASME PCC-1 2019 App O - ASME Sec VIII Div 1 2019 App 2 - WRC 538 - Determination of Pressure Boundary Assembly Joint Loads The flange details screen was updated to support the new calculations. On the flange equipment details screen, a new “Flange design” section is now available. This section has four tabs: The “Design” tab contains all the input fields. Then, for each calculation’s result, there is a separate tab. The last tab contains intermediate results. ![A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-ap8xspsu.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 1: The flange design tab  Thus, you can find all calculation input fields on the design tab, while the calculation results are shown on the subsequent tabs. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-tiiadi9j.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 2: The WRC538 result tab ![A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-0jueorho.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 3:The ASME Section VIII result tab ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-o8qeggyo.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 4: The PCC-1 result tab  Except for the calculation results, FCM also shows PASS/FAIL flags, next to specific results. Checks are also enabled for user inputs. ## Supporting the Grayloc hub process IMSFB-13903 In addition to flanges, FCM now also supports grayloc hub equipment and their process. For a FLANE-FLOC, it is now possible to create, in addition to a FLANGE equipment, an equipment of equipment group GRAYLOC. While the grayloc equipment details section remains the same as for flanges, there is a different, grayloc-specific design screen. This is where the specific grayloc hub specs are captured. The specs include: - Clamp size - Stud size - Wrench size - Hub size - Seal ring size - Torque value (lookup for 50%, 100%, 150% and 200% of torque) - Stud grade - Nut material - Clamp material - Shrouded state - Hub material - Seal ring material - Bolt quantity - Hub thickness - LOTO number - Etc. FCM inputs above mentioned specs in lookup tables to determine additional specs: torque values, minimum and maximum standoffs, tolerances, etc. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-mtm7sz7y.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 5: An example of grayloc design section on the equipment details screen Grayloc hubs can also be added to a job. However, a job scope cannot contain both flanges and grayloc hubs. Jobs are specific for flanges and graylocs, since different recommended specs are checked in the process. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-dsg62s2o.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 6: An example of a job with grayloc hub  Jobs with grayloc hubs follow the same logic as jobs with flanges. Certain specs, like torque value, are mandatory for jobs to be approved, while other specs are only recommended to be filled in before approval. Similar to flange jobs, narrative and attachments can also be captured for grayloc hub jobs. The same process is followed: Jobs with grayloc hubs also have condition histories and the respective protocols. Protocols can be full or simple. The simple protocol is default, but it can easily be changed to full protocol, if needed. In cases where the grayloc is on a joint, which is considered critical, the protocol will be set to full. Every protocol section is tracked and colour coded. If a section is completed, with no issues found, that section header will become green. If an issue is encountered, FCM will colour that specific section in the protocol, as well as the grayloc, in orange. A condition history can only be approved, when all protocols in the scope are completed. ![A screenshot of a social media post Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-zeuy3pc1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 7: Example of a grayloc hub full protocol  Except for digital protocols, FCM can also generate, and print, several other reports, as well as a tag: - Grayloc Assembly witnessing checklist - Grayloc Disassembly witnessing checklist - Grayloc Protocol Details - Grayloc Protocol Overview - Hub Inspection Record Sheet - Grayloc Tightness Tag ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-o898pc3y.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 8: Examples of grayloc reports, generated in FCM ## Generating QR codes for equipment IMSFB-11232 FCM can now generate a QR code, with a link to the specific equipment in IMS. When the code is scanned with a QR code scanner, or regular camera apps, with QR code recognition, it will lead the user to that specific equipment, for which the code was generated. The “QR code generating” button, on the equipment details screen, can be used to generate a QR code for one specific equipment. Use the button on the equipment list toolbar, to generate multiple QR codes at once. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-i90qtwbm.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 9: The button for generating QR code in the equipment details screen ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-qvuzvmhs.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 10: The button for generating QR codes on the main equipment screen  ## Tracking LOTO numbers and Heat Trace IMSFB-14412 “Lock Out Tag Out”, or just LOTO, can now be tracked with the FCM. The LOTO number can be entered, both on a flange and a grayloc hub. For a flange, this field is shown when Heat Tracing is set to “yes”. Once the LOTO number is set on the equipment, the number is shown in the equipment main grid. You can search for specific numbers with a range filter, or you can just filter out equipment with a loto number. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-2la7wodn.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 11: Heat trace and LOTO field on flange equipment details  When a job is created for an equipment with a loto number, that number, and heat trace status, will be copied over in the scope, to track until the job is approved. If needed, one can also enter the Blinding loto number in the job scope. The Loto numbers are also shown in the condition history protocols. You can find it in the Disassembly section, next to the “Heat Tracing disconnected” and “Blind installation” fields. Filters are now also available on both jobs and condition histories, to filter out items with loto numbers. For the full flange protocols, additional fields, regarding Heat Trace, were added. If “Heat trace connected”, in the post-assembly section, is set to “YES”, additional fields will be shown to capture the type of heat tracing, current, resistance and meggar. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-p17wqr0h.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 12: The heat trace properties on full flange protocol  ## Tracking protocol completeness and issues IMSFB-14414 Protocols now have a “completeness” state, which can either be “Completed” or “Not completed”. A protocol is completed when all fields in the protocol are filled in. Except for the general completeness, protocols also track if disassembly, assembly, post-assembly, and hot torqueing, was completed in the protocol. In addition to completeness, protocols now also count the captured issues. To track single protocols, which (during turnaround) can be in multiple jobs, a new custom query was made, named “FCM Protocols”. This query can be filtered based on planned events, completeness, issues, etc. The query can be found in “Custom reports” menu. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-f2zdccpr.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 13: The FCM Protocol query to track progress per flange or grayloc  For both jobs and condition histories, new filters, and columns were added, to improve tracking: - Planned events - Completeness (a job or ECH is completed when all protocols are completed) - Issues recorded (yes or no, depending on if the protocols captured an issue) - Joint type (flange or grayloc) - Heat Trace and Heat Trace LOTO - Blind and Blind LOTO ![A close up of a piece of paper Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-vjybty99.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 14: The new filters on condition history and jobs  ## Mobile layout Following a successful PEI rollout, FCM now also has a mobile layout! When FCM is opened on a mobile device, a special mobile layout is applied, to accommodate touch interactions. This is applicable to FLOC, equipment, job, and condition history screens. Do not worry, the desktop layout remains the same! Instead of grids, items are shown as cards, and the control buttons, for editing and saving, are bigger. The mobile layout also uses a side menu, instead of a horizontal menu, which can be collapsed for more space. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-js94bevd.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 15: The equipment list on a tablet  ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-t0uo00d2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 16: The flange details screen on a tablet  ## Generating FCM equipment reports IMSFB-13628 To help obtain equipment specs and attachment, the FCM Equipment report was introduced. This simple report summarizes one equipment’s details information, specs and attachments. The report can be generated as a single PDF file, from either the equipment details screen, or the equipment list screen, by clicking the report button. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-ltwnf48i.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 17: The report button on the equipment details screen ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-r7yutsd1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 18: The report generating possibilities  ## Specifying performer and reviewer on protocols IMSFB-11051 Instead of having only one responsible person for the entire job and condition history, one can now specify, for each protocol or joint, by whom it was performed and reviewed. The reviewer and performer fields are available in both the full and simple protocols. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-bnq2k58f.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 19: The performer and reviewer fields on a protocol  ## Other improvements ### 1 Showing sizes in fraction format and inches IMSFB-12458 In the flange design section (or grayloc design) certain fields, regarding diameter, now have the option to enter dimension in inches, even when the metric system is being used. In edit mode, there is a dropdown, next to the input field, with fractional inch sizes. When a fractional inch size is selected, the input field is populated with the equivalent decimal value (and in mm if metric system is used). ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-g65mg55x.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 20: Edit mode on flange size with the fractional inch dropdown  ![A close up of a logo Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-cgupjqni.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 21: The decimal format, as well as the fraction is shown![A close up of a logo Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-shq2suuf.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 22: The decimal format in the metric system, and the fractional format in inches, are shown  ### 2. Attached photos on protocols also shown in ECH attachment section IMSFB-9227 When an attachment is added to a protocol, in the ECH, that same attachment will now also be visible in the attachment section of the condition history. This ensures a better overview of all attachments. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-1643012749441.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 23: An attachment section showing photos from each protocol  ### 3. Insulation and Heat Trace properties editable in job scope grid IMSFB-9229 On the job scope screen, a user can now edit properties, such as insulation and heat trace, for every flange, specific to that job. Edit mode is enabled by clicking the button in the upper left corner of the grid. Once edit mode is on, the insulation and heat trace properties are editable. To save the changes, click the save button, which appears when in edit mode (see below). ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-hs16dffu.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 24: The job scope in edit mode  ### 4. Filtering out flanges with tightening values lower than calculated IMSFB-9931 Flanges, with lower tightening values, can now easily be tracked. In the equipment details screen, there now is a filter, which shows all flanges with torque or tension value lower than the calculated value. This way, flanges can easily be tracked and reviewed. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-4lu2kya4.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 25: The new tightening value filter, in the equipment main screen  ### 5. Attachment import now available in FCM IMSFB-13901 FCM can now use the standard IMS attachment import functionality. You can use this functionality to import attachments in bulk, for equipment, jobs, and condition histories. To do a bulk import of attachments, an excel sheet must be prepared with object IDs (equipment, condition histories or jobs) and attachment file names. Go to setting to download the attachment import template. This must be zipped together with the attachment files. ![A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/fcm-release-3.13-image-kx39oxfh.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A57%3A57Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A57%3A57Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Cqj6V%2FaNsKaFyg9J5PJPDI08ZLJMpSVzy0n4oPQP%2FYc%3D)Figure 26: Attachment import in settings
