Next to these two fields is a Download Documentation button that allows you to download an Excel file containing pscore questionnaires.The pscore is an editable value that must range from 1 to 1000. Based on the pscore, the FMS is automatically calculated. The FMS field is a read-only float value, ranging from 0.1 to 10 (with a minimum/worst score of 0 and a maximum/best score of 1000). To ensure accuracy, we validate the FMS value to be greater than 0 and less than or equal to 10 to avoid incorrect entries.
