# Shell GViewer Account

“Gviewer” is a generic viewer profile. This profile is used mainly by Shell for 3rd party contractors or users that have no access.

Although not often used, it is important for Shell operators.

Due to security reasons “GViewer” is not visible in the Users grid for any role except **CSA**.

## SHELL

It has been arranged with Shell that “Gviever” will have the same Username and Password for all Shell sites:

Username: **GViewer** Password: **GViewer01!**

Unfortunately Users can still change the password or Username of the Account in the profile edit.

If a change to the profile occurs kindly contact the Infrastructure team to revert the User and Password to its original form.

CAUTION

Any possible change to the “GViewer” Account for Shell needs to be preapproved by and Communicated to Shell.
