Licence Viewer

IMS includes a Licence Viewer which displays an overview of IMS licence details. The displayed licence limits allows site administrators to review licence limits and current usage metrics.

Accessing the Licence Viewer

The Licence Viewer can be accessed from one of two locations:

• Access the Settings Page using top menu.

• Click Licence information in the Settings menu on the left hand side of the screen.

OR

• Click on the logo in the top left corner of the IMS Main Screen.

• Click Licence Details in the dialog that pops up.

The Licence viewer page will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

The Licence Viewer will display:

• Start and end dates for the licence.

• A graphical display of the modules that are currently enabled for your site.

• A count of current and allowed users.

• A count of the number of locations. Locations include the sum of the number of Sites, Plants, and Units.

• A list of all Admin users in IMS.

Expiration Notice

To help avoid unnecessary interruptions, IMS will provide visual reminders to users 30 days before license expiration. The licence expiration alert will appear after login if the licence has expired or is about to expire.
