# MiRO Equipment Overview

The MiRO Equipment are aligned with the standard IMS Equipment, except that:

- The Equipment Inspection Reasons are aligned with the German regulation "BetrSichV. Take not that the Inspection Reason is inherited from the FLOC.
- For Pipe Equipment, the Product can be defined. This influence Corrosion Rate Confidence Target in M-IDAP.
- Equipment can be connected and pinned. See [Connecting MiRO Equipment](/v414/docs/connected-equipment).
- For Equipment with Connected Circuits and Measurement Sets (MSETs) these MSETs are shown in a MSET section on the Equipment Details Page.
- Pipe Equipment contain specific Piping Specifications only applicable to MiRO. These are inherited from the FLOC. The Max Temp & Max Pres are used in the [Piping Class Compliance check](/v414/docs/piping-class-compliance-check).

## Specifying the Product

To specify the Product for a Pipe Equipment:

- Go to the Equipment Details Page.
- Click on **Edit**.
- Select a Product.

- Click **Save**.
