Thus, Schedule and Condition History views are now showing Schedules from other disciplines (PEI, Civil, TAT, FMA, PLSS). This means that you can see Schedules from other departments (but you can only edit Schedules and Condition Histories that are owned by you). The ownership is defined by the new Discipline field. By default, the grid is filtered by the user’s discipline and on request, additional schedules and condition histories can be shown. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pic%201(596).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pic%201(597).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) Please note that Schedules from a certain discipline can be credited only with Condition history from the same discipline. Defining User DisciplinesDiscipline is derived from the User Roles. However, a Discipline can also be explicitly defined for a User. [See changes introduced in 2022.3 version](/v414/docs/one-ims-release-20223#classifying-schedules-and-echs-by-discipline). The Disciplines are used to set default filters on Schedules and Condition History lists. Depending on a User's Roles and Discipline, the list is filtered by default. Schedules and Condition Histories from other Disciplines can also be shown on request by changing the filter. ## ## Configurable Toolbar [IMSFB-33748](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-33748) The toolbar provides many options but not all are needed most of the time. Make it easy for you and configure your toolbar to show only relevant buttons. Besides columns, there are now toolbar buttons that can be shown, hidden, re-arranged, and grouped. This can be done by any user for themselves, regardless of the role. ## Configurable Grid In the same way, you can configure the toolbar, you can now configure the grid columns. Click on the same “Settings” icon in the toolbar, and check or uncheck the box next to the name of the column you want to show or hide. It is also possible to sort each column by default as well as set its default size. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/image-1670273205407.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) ## User Profiles [IMSFB-33284](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-33284) This new [User Profile](/v414/docs/user-profiles) feature allows Admin Users to set up other User Profiles. The User Profile consists out of menu configurations, toolbar configuration, grid column configuration, dashboard favorites, and the current selected Dashboard. The profiles are configured and set per module per user. The User profile can be configured in Settings. To add User Profiles click the *Plus* button. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/release-notes-ims-2022.4-draft-business-area-3--red-team--3d-team-new-image-dah2t8sm.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) A User Profile can be assigned directly to a User.![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/release-notes-ims-2022.4-draft-business-area-3--red-team--3d-team-new-image-pt0jqcza.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) #### User filters New filters were also added to the User settings: User Name, E- mail, and Discipline.![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/release-notes-ims-2022.4-draft-business-area-3--red-team--3d-team-new-image-l22o5dhx.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D) ## New HSSE Dashboard [IMSFB-30782](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-30782) In order to provide a clear overview of the HEMP/ABC Indicator, a new Dashboard has been introduced (both for PEI and RCM). If a User doesn't have an explicitly selected Discipline the Discipline is implicitly selected, depending on User Role (visible in the Roles Settings). Schedule and ECH rights now reflect the selected Discipline. To be able to add / edit / delete a Schedule/ECH, Users need to have the same Discipline as that Schedule/ECH (either explicitly, or implicitly if nothing is selected for the User). Explicit Discipline mapping for a user (mandatory for new Users):![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/release-notes-ims-2022.4-draft-4.3-image-nht2luie.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D)Roles Settings showing implicitly mapped Disciplines:![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/release-notes-ims-2022.4-draft-4.3-image-8o5bbneo.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A20%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A20%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=RS6nmh9G%2BnsUz6CtcwUX793ZfYh2OvO%2BvCztzwJURoY%3D)Schedule and ECH default filters have been updated to automatically add a Discipline filter depending on the Use's Discipline.
