All attachments from the schedules in scope of the ECH can be imported to the ECH by clicking on the new button in the attachment section. If some of the attachments should not be part of the ECH, the user can remove them after the import. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-y048rzbd.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 13: Import attachments form the schedule in scope Similar functionality is now also available for the recurring schedules that will be created after crediting the ECH. On these schedules it is possible to carry over the attachments from the ECH in the same way as on ECH: by importing them into the attachments area.![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-x7z5mb4s.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 14: Import attachment from the ECH  In both cases the import button will be visible only if there are attachments to import. ### 2. Temporary Leak Repair Template IMSFB-6245 The template for a temporary leak repair is improved by adding the *Temporary Repair Class* filled with the following possible values: *Installing* and *Removing*. The current check box: “*Is this schedule removing a Temporary Repair?”* was changed to: “*Is this a Temporary repair?”*. When this check box field is checked, the *Temporary Repair Class* is available and mandatory. All the existing temporary repairs will be labelled as *Removing.* ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-9gaag8bh.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 15: Leak repair template  The existing filter on the Schedule main search for the Temporary repair is now enhanced with the new Temporary Repair Class, so the user can filter for the class of the temporary repair or for the schedules that are *Not Temporary repairs*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-edfkr95c.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 16: Temporary repair filter  #### 2.1 Removing Default Schedules for Bundle IMSFB-5203 For the Equipment Group, *Bundle*, the necessity to have an Inspection schedule has been removed for the following condition: the equipment has an active corrosion circuit with the active corrosion schedule on it. This will be used by sites that use IRIS as an inspection technique and where the corrosion schedule drives the NID. ### 3. Active Schedules on Idled Equipment IMSFB-8183 IMSFB-8624 In this release, the effect of crediting recurring schedules is changed. When an inactive, Idle in place, equipment has an active recurring schedule, then, by crediting the schedule, the newly created schedule will now also be active. For creating schedules on equipment that are Idle in place, now is available IDLE IN PLACE schedule driver. The driver will be pre-selected on create of new schedule. ### 4. Update the schedules via import without the User date IMSFB-5287 The user can now update the schedules through the import, without the “User date” being filled in. Since this is only possible for schedule updates, the Schedule name is mandatory in the import template. ## Import Enhancements ### 1. New Import template for Planned Events IMSFB-6814 The new Import provides the possibility to import planned events in a much faster and easier way than inserting them one by one in the GUI. The new Import can be selected in the Schedules section in Settings / Data Transfer / Import Data. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-8k0e5zlz.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D) Figure 17: Planned Events Import Export for Import functionality is also available on the Planned Events grid. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-iltn3lm2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 18: Planned Events Export for Import  ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-mtkyzaqm.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 19: Planned Events import template  After the import of the planned events is done, the planned events will be in draft. To approve all the changed /created planned events at once, a new bulk *Approve Planned Events* functionality is added to the Planned Events grid. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-8knxw11p.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 20: Bulk Approve of the Planned Events  ### 2. ECH Import Template Enhancement IMSFB-6252 The ECH Import Template is updated with the new column *Name*. The *Name* is automatically generated and is unique within the database. When the *Name* column is filled in, in the Import Template, the user can change the *Condition Date*, but if a *Name* is not found in the database, an error message will be returned. If the *Name* column is not filled in, then the uniqueness for the Import will be determined by the columns *Equipment* and *Condition Date*. In the case where the ECH could not be found in the database, the Importer will inform the user that a new ECH will be created. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-kg0fgjzw.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 21: ECH Import Template example  ### 3. Corrosion Loop Export for Import The export for import functionality is now also available on the Corrosion Loop main search screen. ### 4. Users Import Template IMSFB-8830 A new import template is now available to import multiple users in bulk. With the bulk users import, it is only possible to assign one role to the user and it is not possible to assign approval levels. The user still needs to go to the “User Settings” to assign approval levels. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-xva60ndw.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 22: Users import Template  ### 5. Degradation log Query IMSFB-7184 The “Degradation Log” query is now available as a new item in the Inspector Dashboard in the PEIM Items section. The query shows all the ECH’s, with at least one template of type *Leak* or *Leak & Save* added to scope. ECH now has a new comment section, which can be edited without Back-out of the ECH. The same Comment field can also be edited directly in the “Degradation Log” query ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-7s7w7a7y.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 51: Degradation log query  ### 19. Make “Technician” Field Editable IMSFB-8828 Previously, “Technician” had to be inserted into the Users table before it could be picked up for the Measurement data. However, very often the technician will do this job only once. Therefore, in this release, it is possible to pick “Technician” from the list of users or just enter any name, when the measured data is being filled in. All the entries will be saved for later use. ### 20. Dashboards downloadable in Excel IMSFB-5248 A new functionality to download dashboards to excel is now available. The user can download all the data from the selected dashboard into an excel file. That will give the user better possibilities for reviewing data, making status reports and performance/KPI reports for the sites. ### 21. Inspector Dashboard enhancement IMSFB-6248 A new section was added to the Inspector Dashboard so that the inspector can add up to X queries, by marking them in the Custom Report’s list of queries. ### 22. Showing the Inspection Strategy on the Circuit IMSFB-6577 When a component is inherited to a circuit and the worst age-related mechanism is “Extreme”, which does not result in an IF but in an IS, the “Inspection Strategy” is shown in the circuit as a text. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-wiyw3dgy.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 52: RBI Inspection Strategy  ### 23. Making Automatic SRBI on the Circuit IMSFB-8626 The “Lowest Interval Factor” strategy was removed. It will still appear in the historical data, but cannot be used when creating new circuits or when changing existing circuits. Also, in the new release, when the user links a component, on which an RBI assessment has been performed, to a corrosion circuit, the circuit’s IF strategy will change automatically to the RBI. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.10-image-tctdvp9o.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A19%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A19%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Q7iqjqdlBdD1moq98sLa6Suz4rvKxW4zQT6BcaX0JZk%3D)Figure 53: Interval Factor Strategy  ### 24. New Spec Configurations IMSFB-7960 IMSFB-8823 On equipment level, a new spec configuration for “NATL BOARD NO” is now available for all sites. The spec is also a part of the export for spec import. Also, on the component level, a new spec configuration for “INITIAL FLUID PHASE” is now available for all sites. The spec is used in some RBI calculations, where the detailed assessment is used. ### 25. Report Enhancements The “Last Inspection Date” was added to the R200 report.
