Its main target is to stabilize and improve performance. --- ## Enhanced Features ### 1. Enhanced PASS/FAIL test for RVs [IMSFB-17788](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-17788) Previously for RVs, the pass-fail test was based on the fixed parameter of 20%. However, now the INSP ADMIN user can set the parameter in: Settings/Maintenance/Configuration/Application settings/RV Pass/Fail % threshold. The INSP ADMIN should insert the threshold in percentages. When this threshold setting is changed, IMS will recalculate the PASS/FAIL for all the ECHs created for RV equipment, not final approved, and having the INITIAL POP and TEST PRESSURE filled in. From now on, when the user selects a PRESSURE TEST in the “Actions performed” of an ECH, the INITIAL POP and TEST PRESSURE conditions will be marked as recommended in blue (see figure below). ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-sf6xkzl6.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)PASS/FAIL recommended values. The TEST PRESSURE value will be inherited from the PRESSURE SETTINGS spec, and specifically from the CDTP qualifier (see figure below). But if the CDTP is not filled in, the system checks if the SET PRESSURE qualifier PRESURE SETTING is filled in and then uses that value. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-mg7pr6pj.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)CDTP pressure setting. If the test fails the user will see how it fails in the FAIL TYPE: | INITIAL POP < TEST PRESSURE - 1x threshold | ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-6k9e70qy.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D) | | --- | --- | | INITIAL POP > TEST PRESSURE + 1x threshold | ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-r04xuara.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D) | | INITIAL POP > TEST PRESSURE + 2x threshold | ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-yix1qux6.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D) | Here are the current Default settings in IMS based on BP&G INSP-16-I PRD Management, (example CDTP = 100 psi): <80psi = FAIL – PREMATURE LIFTING 80 to 120 = PASS (WITHIN +/- 20%) 120 to 149 = FAIL – FAIL TO DANGER >150 = FAIL – STUCK SHUT ### 2. Material selection for the Degradation Mechanism [IMSFB-18285](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-18285) For the sites not using CMF we added the possibility to add the Material Designation and IOWs, directly to the Degradation Mechanism (DM). When a User later adds a Barrier to the Degradation Mechanism, the materials will be carried over to that Barrier. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-blveve2c.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Material selection on the DM. If a User adds a Barrier to a DM to which IOWs are linked, the IOWs will also be carried over to the Barrier, but only if they are of the correct type. Otherwise, a message will pop up to tell the user that the IOW will be lost (see figure below). ![Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-mqt7pwzm.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Warning for the IOW. To remove material from the DM the User can click on the “**x**” button next to the Material Designation name. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-wiiznh5y.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)To remove material from the DM the User can click on the “**x**” button next to the Material Designation name. For the Age-Related DMs we have divided the Mitigated and Unmitigated Corrosion Rate (CR) per material. Users can add separate CRs for every Material Designation applicable to that DM. If a DM does not have any Material selected, then the functionality stays “as is”. To add the CR per material, the user can click on the Material Designation name and then fill in the data in the fold out window (see figure below). ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-dmrc3egy.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)CR per Material selection. In the grid view, only the worst CR will be visible. ### 3. Warning on drawing annotations [IMSFB-19923](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-19923) When Users creates annotations on drawings, for example, on an ISO, and clicks the exit button immediately without saving, then IMS will ask if they want to save the annotation before closing the drawing screen. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-oquw3cvp.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Warning on exit from the drawing. ### 4. Additional parameters for default schedule costs [IMSFB-19690](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-19690) [IMSFB-19193](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-19193) In addition to existing parameters, IMS now offers new parameters to configure the default cost rules for the calculation of planned cost and MEC Cost Index. Use following parameters to configure your default cost rules for the schedule planned cost: - Intrusive - Recurring - Offline - Legal - Responsible party - Schedule Category - Schedule description Upon creating new schedules (or updating existing ones), IMS is checking mentioned properties of the schedule to check if it meets some of the parameters. The rule with the most parameters matched is going to be applied to a schedule with its cost. ![Graphical user interface, application, table Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-3iortcse.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Example of cost rule - all inspection schedules with INTERNAL in the description cost 1200$. ### 5. Importing ECH check lists [IMSFB-9615](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-9615) New functionality for importing ECH checklists is now available. The import of ECH checklists is only possible for existing ECHs with a scope. To create new ECHs, Users must still use the (already existing) ECH import template or create them directly in the UI of IMS. When the ECHs have been created, but not Final Approved, then Users can download the “Condition History code checklist” excel template from: *Settings/Data transfer/Import data/Condition history.* ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-z7cdxtiw.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Condition History Code Checklist In the excel template Users must provide the following information (yellow is mandatory): | Condition History Name | | | --- | --- | | Schedule | The schedule must already be in scope of the ECH. This is not needed for opportunity ECHs. | | ECH Checklist | ECH checklist for the scope. Use GENERAL for the opportunity ECH. | | ECHType | Actions performed, Condition found or Repairs. | | Code name | The Code Name applicable for the ECH Checklist. | | Parts | If the specific part is not provided, “ALL” will be selected. If more parts are needed, the row must be repeated. | | Value | Applicable value for the Code Name. | | Observation number | If the existing observation number is provided (e.g., OB1), IMS will update that observation. If the observation number is not provided, but Observation text is provided (e.g., if not existing), then IMS will create a new observation item. | | Observation text | Value for the observation. | ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-i271ed3n.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Condition History Code Checklist – template. ### 6. “Save as” (clone) for a Dashboard [IMSFB-19688](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-19688) Users can now clone existing dashboards to create a copy of it, irrespective of the whether the dashboard is a system dashboard (default) or created by a user (custom). Be aware the “save as” feature only works for “new designed dashboards”. Users now have the “Save as (clone)” option (see Figure 10). When selecting this option, they will be prompted for a new dashboard name, description, and visibility option. The name and description will automatically be suggested based on the original: I.e., a copy of the name with a suffix and a copy of the description with a prefix. Users can change this to a custom names and descriptions, but the name must remain unique. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-aqiubg0q.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Save as (clone) option for the dashboard. The “Save as (clone)” functionality is available only on the new dashboards. This functionality is not an option on the legacy dashboards. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-v0piprfc.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Cloned name and description for the dashboard. ### 7. Mobility Dashboard We have created a new Mobility Dashboard to trach Mobility usage. With this Dashboard, Users can monitor how many Users were using the IMS in different environments: Desktop, Mobile, and Offline for the current Month, and see the trend against the previous period. The Dashboard will also show the amount of ECHs created and modified on mobile devices in the past month, together with a trend for previous periods. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-jbm7ukpk.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Mobility Dashboard. ### 8. Enhancements on the CCD report [IMSFB-10226](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-10226) The following improvements/corrections were made for the CCD report: 1. Subtitles with numbers were removed from the Corrosion Loop details. 2. The title "Corrosion Control Document" has now a smaller font and the white space between title and the text is much smaller. 3. Corrosion loops are now sort by name when the report contains more than one corrosion loop. 4. Subtitles PLANT LEVEL and UNIT LEVEL are not part of the table of contents. 5. If sections, like Injection Point, do not contain information in IMS then the section will not be shown in the report. 6. In the equipment data the units for T [°C] and P [barg] values are now shown without line break. 7. If tables are longer than one page, the table headlines (or column description) will be repeated on the next page. ### 9. Show Circuits after the Measurement Set import [IMSFB-17224](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-17224) The “Show Entity” functionality, on the “successful import” screen (Step 5 of the Import Wizard), is now also available for the Measurement Set import. In this case “Show Entity” will redirect Users to the list of Circuits for which they did the Measurement Set import. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-y4uxml1y.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)Measurement Set import. When a CML is also modified or created during the import, IMS will show two separate Show Entities, one for the updated CMLs and one for the Updated measurements, i.e., the Circuits for which the Measurement Set import was done. ### 10. Drawing number in the Measurement Set export [IMSFB-17951](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-17951) The Drawing number for a CML comes from two sources: - Via the CML mapping to the ISO drawing. - Directly added in the CML details, in the drawing section. If a drawing is available, it will be part of the Measurement Set export as a referential field. However, drawings will be ignored during the import. If more than one drawing is available (e.g., the CML is mapped to multiple ISOs or both sources are available), then the drawings will be exported as a concatenated list. ### 11. Small Enhancements #### 11.1 Removing Perform RBI filter [IMSFB-18975](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-18975) The old “Perform RBI” filter has become obsolete with the introduction of the RBI Data Quantification Dashboard. This caused some confusion with regards to which filter to use. The old “Perform RBI” filter has been removed in this version, together with the related queries on the RBI Dashboard. Instead, Users should use the “Data Quantification” filters. For more clarity, all the Data Quantification filters were renamed from Completeness to: - Equipment Data Quantification on the Equipment main list. - Corrosion Loop Data Quantification the Corrosion Loop main list. - Circuit Data Quantification on the Circuit main list. - RBI Analysis Data Quantification on the Component main list. #### 11.2 Sync or accept deviations for SAP Misalignment – Equipment Description in bulk [IMSFB-19243](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-19243) Far the SAP misalignment – Equipment Description Query, the *Select All* button is now available to “Sync description” or “Accept deviation”. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-bth7atbb.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)SAP Misalignment - Equipment Description – Select All button. #### 11.3 New UoM for SPECs [IMSFB-13923](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-13923) New UoMs for pressure are now part of the SPEC configuration: oz/in2 and gm/cm2. For the SETTINGS spec, for RELIEF VENT, these are now the default UoMs. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pei-release-3.13d-image-80qxmwhv.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A01%3A44Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A01%3A44Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1o7Il5GIqUyJrq3z%2BWDJSUTc1rS4L8ah8k9P8vxmXow%3D)New UoM for SETTINGS. #### 11.4 Recalculation logic update from the calc summary section [IMSFB-16675](https://cenosco.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/IMSFB-16675) Only completed Measurement Sets are used in the Calc Summary calculation. Therefore, previously, when the *recalculation* button on the Calc Summary was clicked, IMS automatically ignored incomplete Measurement Sets, without giving a warning. However, now Users will get a warning box. They can then decide if they want to complete the incomplete Measurement Set, before proceeding with the Calc Summary recalculation. If the answer is affirmative, IMS will first complete the Measurement Set and then continue with the Calc Summary calculation. #### 11.5 Equipment SPECs Export sheet for rectifiers The SPEC configuration for Import/Export is now available also for RECTIFIER equipment group. --- ## Resolved issues | MODULE | COUNT | | --- | --- | | No module | 68 | | DashBoard | 1 | | Specs | 1 | | Import | 1 | | Offline capabilities | 5 | | Circuits | 1 | | Queries | 1 | | **Total** | **78** |
