The compliance check involves: - For Pipe CMLs, a [Piping Class](/docs/miro-cmls#assigning-a-piping-class-to-a-cml) needs to be selected. - On the Equipment Details Page a MAX OPERATING PRESSURE and MAX OPERTATING TEMPERATURE can be defined in the Specs. Note Specs are not available contact your Focal Point as these Specs need to be activated in the [M-IDAP Application Settings](/v414/docs/miro-specific-settings#activating-the-piping-class-compliance-checks). ![A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/3.4.8-custom-miro-pipe-class-compliance-check-image-glpagket.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A58%3A31Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A58%3A31Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=8DEKq4iGEBnsEOnn79Vz%2FDiF0h%2FhMXv66Yd657eYbQA%3D) - Max Temperate-Pressure pairs are predefined per Piping Class. You can review these predefined pairs in the [M-IDAP settings](/v414/docs/miro-specific-settings#defining-piping-classes-in-settings). - The check compares the Equipment’s Temperature and Pressure specs with the Piping Class’s Max Temperate-Pressure pairs. - If the Equipment’s Pressure exceeds the defined Max Pressure for the related Temperature, then a Warning is shown on the ECH. - Long-term warnings take precedence over short-term warnings. Only one warning will show. Below we show a long-term ECH Warnings based on Piping Class Compliance: ![A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pic%201-QG1OHDBO.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A58%3A31Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A58%3A31Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=8DEKq4iGEBnsEOnn79Vz%2FDiF0h%2FhMXv66Yd657eYbQA%3D) Below we show a short-term ECH Warnings based on Piping Class Compliance: ![A screenshot of a computer Description automatically generated](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pic%202(78).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A58%3A31Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A58%3A31Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=8DEKq4iGEBnsEOnn79Vz%2FDiF0h%2FhMXv66Yd657eYbQA%3D) Standard PEI Instructions To learn more about Specifications see [IMS Details Page](/docs/ims-details-page-options#specs-section).
