PL FFS Details Page - Defects and wall thickness Chart

In the Defects and wall thickness Chart section of the FFS Details Page, you can select how many and which Defects to display in the Chart. The section contains the following tabs:

• Defect Ranking yb defect depth.
• Defect profile graph.
• Wall thickness graph.

Defects Ranking

Here you can specify the number of Ranked Defects to be displayed in the graphs on the right side. The ranking of the Defects is based on their depth. Additionally, you have the option to specify the Defect type and the Start and End Distance (x-coordinate) in the defect profile chart. The Pipe section will show the data from the Pipe Data section.

Defect Profile

The Defect profile tab contains a graph that shows the position (orientation) and location (distance) of the Internal and External Defects together with the elevation profile along the Pipeline. External Defects are colored pink, and Internal Defects are colored blue. Metal loss non-corrosion defects are shown in grey. Defects that have been repaired are colored green.

Clicking on the rectangle will show the chart over the full width.

WT Chart

This graph shows the Wall Thickness for each Defect along the Pipeline length together with the Specified Wall Thickness and the Specified Design Factor
(from Pipe data/sectioning).

To can switch on or off information in the graph, click on the applicable term in the legend above the graph.
