## Updated Permissions for PIMS Custodian User Role

To better align user roles with the real-world responsibilities and improve workflows, the PIMS CUSTODIAN user role has been updated to allow the user to Backout Equipment Condition Histories. With this change users can now quickly correct accidental or erroneous ECH entries, without the need to escalate to users with higher user privileges.
