When do you use a Query in RCM?

(1) For data that is not - or hard - to reach directly in the IMS tool, for example:

  • PLE’s: created, assigned and used.
  • Functions and Functional Failures on Systems.
  • Criticalities, Residual Risks, Approved analyses.

(2) For repetitive - consistent - quick data extraction:

  • Incomplete data or missing elements.
  • To track progress of RCM analyses or RSL application done.
  • To scope of work done or work remaining.
  • To do RCM data Quality checks.

(3) As data source for Dashboards:

  • To check particular data daily when users logon.
