When do you use a Query in RCM?
(1) For data that is not - or hard - to reach directly in the IMS tool, for example:
- PLE’s: created, assigned and used.
- Functions and Functional Failures on Systems.
- Criticalities, Residual Risks, Approved analyses.
(2) For repetitive - consistent - quick data extraction:
- Incomplete data or missing elements.
- To track progress of RCM analyses or RSL application done.
- To scope of work done or work remaining.
- To do RCM data Quality checks.
(3) As data source for Dashboards:
- To check particular data daily when users logon.
