This document outlines the business process workflows and descriptions for the Integrity Management RCM System (IMS) Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) module. The RCM business process workflows highlighted in the document are not an exhaustive list, and additional workflows may be added in future versions. The main objective of the RCM business process is to provide preventive maintenance Tasks that (A) reduce the risk of Equipment failures to an acceptable level, (B) that are economically justified, and (C) that are improved using the plan-do-check-act quality loop.
