All the IMS Common Data (also used by RCM) is defined in Settings > Maintenance > Common Data. This includes Currencies and Labour Rates.
Your RCM Admin has permission to edit Common Data, allowing them to add new or update existing Currencies and Labour Rates.
You can select a different Currency to be used in RCM at any time.

Labour Rates are used to calculate the cost of care effort, for instance for Contractors, Craftsmen, Instrument Technicians, Operators, and Staff. They are essential for economically comparing the "no-maintenance" scenario with the "do-maintenance" scenario. This includes costs related to condition monitoring and repair and restore efforts.
Note
You can only change the default Labour Rate for new Assessments. Once an Assessment is performed with a specific Labor Rate, it cannot be changed.
As a result, the “RCM Assessment – Labor Rate” combination is fixed and you cannot modify it.
Caution
If you want to update the Labour Rates in your RCM Assessment, contact Cenosco for assistance. Such updates typically affect all the OpCos (Operating Companies) and may involve significant data changes.
