RCM Common Data

All the IMS Common Data (also used by RCM) is defined in: Settings\Maintenance\Common Data. This includes Currencies and Labour Rates.

Your RCM Admin has permission to edit this Common Data. This way he / she can add new / update Currencies and Labour Rates.

At any time, you can select a different Currency to be used in RCM.Selecting a currency.Labour rates are used to calculate the cost of care effort, for instance for Contractors, Craftsmen, Instrument Technicians, Operators and Staff. Labour rates are required to economically compare the "No-maintenance" scenario with the "Do-maintenance" scenario, involving condition monitoring effort as also repair and restore efforts.

Important

It is only possible to change the default Labour Rate for new Assessments. Once an Assessment is performed with a certain Labor Rate then this cannot be changed anymore!!

The combination “RCM Assessment – Labor Rate” can thus not be changed by you!!

Note: If you want to update the Labour Rates in your RCM Assessment please contact Cenosco for assistance, as such an update typically involves all the Opco’s (Operating Companies) and can involve much data.
