The IMS Dashboard is a data visualization tool that displays current and historic statuses of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for a site. The Default Dashboards are tailored for a specific role and display metrics targeted for a single point of view or department. This article describes the two Default Dashboards specific to RCM: the RCM Dashboard and the RCM Global Dashboard.
RCM Dashboard
The RCM Dashboard reports on Equipment and FLOCs that are Active, In service, and marked to Perform RCM.
Full Analysis
An Equipment or FLOC counts as fully analysed once the MEI (Maintenance Efficiency Index) has been calculated, its Strategy is set to No scheduled maintenance, or its RCM Analysis has Study completed status set.

Prioritization Summary

Residual Risk
Counts Analyses by Residual Risk level, from L (Low) to E (Extreme).

Critical Systems and Critical Systems with MEI
Critical Systems counts Equipment by risk and priority. Critical Systems with MEI shows the same breakdown, limited to Equipment that also has a calculated MEI.

The RCM Global Dashboard reports the same metrics across Equipment and FLOCs, plus MEC change activity for the month.
