# RCM Dashboards

The IMS Dashboard is a data visualization tool that displays current and historic statuses of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for a site. The Default Dashboards are tailored for a specific role and display metrics targeted for a single point of view or department. This article describes the two Default Dashboards specific to RCM: the RCM Dashboard and the RCM Global Dashboard.

## RCM Dashboard

The RCM Dashboard reports on Equipment and FLOCs that are **Active**, **In service**, and marked to **Perform RCM**.

### Full Analysis

An Equipment or FLOC counts as fully analysed once the MEI (Maintenance Efficiency Index) has been calculated, its Strategy is set to No scheduled maintenance, or its RCM Analysis has Study completed status set.

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Equipment | Number of Equipment fully analysed. |
| FLOC | Number of FLOCs fully analysed. |
| Total Number of Equipment | Total Equipment on the selected hierarchy level (Site / Plant / Unit). |
| Total Number of FLOCs | Total FLOCs on the selected hierarchy level. |

### Task (Strategy) Distribution

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Condition Based Maintenance | Number of tasks using a condition-based strategy. |
| Time Based Maintenance | Number of tasks using a time-based strategy. |
| No Schedule Maintenance | Number of unscheduled tasks (run-to-fail, OTM, Failure Finding, and similar). |

### Prioritization Summary

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| T | Number of Analyses with T priority. |
| Y | Number of Analyses with Y priority. |
| X | Number of Analyses with X priority. |
| Total | Total Analyses on the selected hierarchy level. |

### Residual Risk

Counts Analyses by Residual Risk level, from L (Low) to E (Extreme).

| Level | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| H, E, M, MH, N, L | Number of Analyses at each Residual Risk level. |

### Critical Systems and Critical Systems with MEI

Critical Systems counts Equipment by risk and priority. Critical Systems with MEI shows the same breakdown, limited to Equipment that also has a calculated MEI.

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| H, E | Equipment with Residual Risk set to H or E. |
| X | Equipment with Priority set to X. |
| HEMP | Number of Equipment with calculated MEI where HEMP is not null. |
| Total | Total Equipment on the selected hierarchy level. |

## RCM Global Dashboard

The RCM Global Dashboard reports the same metrics across Equipment and FLOCs, plus MEC change activity for the month.

### Equipment and FLOC Stats

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Active | Number of Active Equipment (or FLOCs). |
| Analyzed | Number of Active Equipment (or FLOCs) with a Failure mode assigned. |
| Critical | Number of Active Equipment (or FLOCs) with Priority set to X. |
| Critical Analyzed | Number of Active Equipment (or FLOCs) that are both Critical and Analyzed. |

### MEC Changes

| Metric | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Change | Number of MEC Change requests created this month. |
| Deferral | Number of MEC Deferral requests created this month. |
