This means that users can now only make changes on Drafts - using the side panel. This will prevent users from making unwanted changes by mistake. They are now previewing 70% faster (approximately 15 000 cards at a time) and changes are applied more effectively for better efficiency (compared to the old MEC Board). The cards are only enabled for changes when in Draft mode. The changes made in the MEC Board will be applied on the real dataset only when a user applies a Draft. This will prevent unwanted changes from being reflected outside of MEC Board. A *lock* icon will show on cards where users have saved changes in Draft. These icons will also show when the board is in Read-only mode. Also, when changes are being made, the *Edit* icon will show on the card. This way users can be sure on which cards they are working. Also the *Delete* icon will show for cards selected for deletion, but the cards will not be deleted until the user applies the Draft.
